GOSIA JULIA MAJ:

I am really excited to announce the release of my first album “By your side” which is the result of many years of study and performing music in Europe and the U.S.A

This special project with 10 of my own compositions occurred. Thanks to the collaboration with arranger, producer and bass player Koos Wiltenburg, guitarist Thomas Zoetelief, drummer Arno van Nieuwenhuize, pianist Jasper Soffers and percussionist Martin Gort who created an unforgettable atmosphere which will leave you wanting more. “By your side” is a perfect fusion of contemporary jazz and pop rock music.

A fascinating combination between swaying ballads and energetic funk pieces. You will hear songs in English, Polish and Portuguese. Special Guests on this album are: Don Braden (sx), Izaline Calister (vc), Deborah Carter (vc), Eddie Conard (vc), Antoine Drye (tpt), Wycliffe Gordon (tb), Alex Sipiagin (fh) and Nanko Meiborg (vc).
